Custom-Made Products
At RARA STUDIO, we work exclusively with print-on-demand: every item is made especially for you at the moment you place your order. That means we don’t hold stock and we do not accept exchanges based on personal preferences once the order is completed.
We strongly recommend that you double-check your chosen product to ensure it’s exactly what you want before completing your purchase.
Right of Withdrawal
If you shop at RARA STUDIO as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 calendar days without needing to provide any justification, in accordance with current legislation.
This period begins on the day you or a third party authorized by you receives the product.

We will reply within a maximum of 4 business days and provide you with the return address.
Return Conditions

The product must be returned in its original, unused condition and in its original or equivalent packaging.

Return shipping costs and logistics are the responsibility of the customer.

RARA STUDIO does not accept returns with postage due or cash on delivery.

Important: Return shipping costs may be higher than the original delivery fee depending on the courier or postal service used. Please consider this when placing your order.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and its condition verified, we will refund the full amount of the order — including original shipping costs (if applicable) — within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used during checkout.
Defective or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hola@rara-studio.com within 7 calendar days of receiving it, and include clear photos of the defect and the outer packaging (if possible).
Once the claim is validated, we will reprint and resend the product at no additional cost to you.
In most cases, you won’t need to return the damaged item, but we reserve the right to request a return if necessary. In such cases, RARA STUDIO will cover all return and shipping costs.
Exceptions
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.

Products not returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Minor variations in color, brightness or finish between the on-screen image and the final printed product. These differences are not considered manufacturing defects, as they may occur due to technical limitations of the printing process and differences in screen calibration (mobile, desktop, etc.).
